Instrument content validity: Evaluation of municipal administrative management based on intelligent organizations
Synopsis
Within the framework of the social transformations that are taking place, it is necessary to have instruments that allow the adoption of new models of administrative management in local public institutions. The objective of this work was to build an evaluation instrument for municipal administrative management based on the model of intelligent organizations, and to demonstrate its content validity. Research was carried out with a mixed, qualitative approach based on expert judgments, and a quantitative approach applying the Aiken's V Coefficient. The results showed an instrument constructed of 50 items, and an Aiken's V coefficient of 0.8 to one was obtained, and 0.98 for each variable. It was concluded that the new municipal administrative management evaluation instrument based on the intelligent organizations model, presents content validity and that it would be suitable to pass to the construct evaluation as the next phase of the validity process.
